This is a quilt I made a few years back and am finally getting around to finishing it. The pattern is from Karla Alexander design and is called Electric Fence. I used Anita Shackelford’s Modern Waves for the quilting. I can finally check that quilt off the UFO list!
This is a quilt made by me from a pattern called Lemon Pepper. If you look closely, one of the fabrics is from Spoonflower and is printed with my name. I received the fabric from my friend Patty for my birthday. What an awesome gift. Anyway, here is the quilt I made with it, guilted with Anita Shackelford’s Modern Curves. Thanks again for the fabric Patty!
This is a quilt I made to use up some Bali pops. I call it the Kleenex Box quilt and I made using two Wild Berry Bali Pops. I quilted it with Anita Shackelford’s Modern Snails, my new favorite! The quilt turned out great!
I started quilting in 2000. That year I took my second ever quilt class with Roxanne Carter to make her quilt design Firecracker. Well, I didn’t finish it until now. I got it on the frame this week and quilted it with Anne Bright’s Feather Wave. Working on the binding now…
This is a One Block Wonder I made several years back but didn’t finish. Well no more. Finally got this puppy quilted and put it in the Stray Threads Quilt Show. Quilting pattern is a Statler Siblings p2p hexagon. Yahoo, finally done!
No, I am not having a baby. But, I do need a baby quilt for a soon to be named addition. This is a panel I had and I added some borders. I quilted it with Anne Bright’s Just Stars. Also, I used Minkee for the backing. Super soft. It turned out well.
This is one of my quilts. It is a Laurie Shifrin design called Mixed Up But Not Crazy made with batiks from my stash. The quilting is Anne Bright’s Falling Leaves using Glide thread in Marigold.
This is a Mark Lipinski pattern I made using patriotic fabrics. I love how it looks like a waving flag. It was quilted using 1375 Loopy Stars from Mountain Top Quilting. I think it turned out great! This quilt will be on display at a local elementary school. I hope the kids like it!
These are placemats and candlemats that I made on the longarm. They are made with two layers of white fabric with batting in the middle. Both mats types will be cut out with pinking shears and colored in with fabric paints and glitter, then given to special people as Christmas presents. What a fun idea! Great Christmas ideas!
Sally made this beautiful winter table runner complete with wool snowmen. We quilted it with Kim Diamond’s Snowflakes e2e. So festive and fun! Great job Sally!
